| Pumpfuel 18.5psi, racefuel 24.5psi. Car had a jspec TT engine (with auto cams), STOCK INTERCOOLERS , 2.5" exhaust, 555cc injectors.
With V8Killah's car having 5speed cams, upgraded intercoolers, fresh engine w/overbore, mild portwork, billet flywheel, dual intake, UDP, he will likely put down more than my projected numbers, which I felt were rather conservative.
Those turbos, if they are still built to the specs I believe they are, are not that far away from a tweeked out GT2860RS. They use the same 62-trim 60mm GT comp wheel and also uses a 76-trim turbine wheel, except it has 10-blades rather than 9 of the 6111 turb used in the GT2860RS. This comp flows ~37lbs/min peak with a max pressure of some 31psi - all in a very efficient, broad capacity, retro-curved 60mm package. :)
In the dyno chart shown above, I adjsuted the wastegates down so the peak boost pressure achievable was only ~25psi. In the tuning session, the car would produce some 28psi of boost with more to spare and it put down ~550RWHP at that level. It was detuned for the fact the engine was totally stock. With HKS actuators on those turbos and some high-flowing intake pipe and intercoolers, 3.0" exhaust, they will produce right at 30psi at the intake manifold and given V8's mods, would be into the 600's at that point. Perhaps I am mistaken though as to the actual design of those turbos - but if they are still the same configuration as the Stage1 turbos I developed when I was working with Z1, they are deceivingly powerful little hairdryers.
