How many other bad companies do you patronize and, when the same thing happens, you say: "persistence pays off"? To answer your last statement, there ARE people from TT.net that have opened shops and provide outstanding customer service and top-notch workmanship. I'm referring to Greg Dupree/Specialty-Z, and Kyle/Import Parts Pro. And let's not look past Bernie(NoVA), Guapo, aliaZ, and Woody75(Denver) to name but a few members (there's others who I may have overlooked - my apologies) who do excellent car work and stand behind their work. Given that Kyle at IPP offers a variety of engine packages and his customer service and good workmanship are well-known, I don't understand why you'd even consider asking for more frustration and hassle by going back to Z1 based on your prior experiences.
