I'm about to purchase a short block from them; hopefully it'll go smoothly. I gotta say that while I've been repeatedly let down by their customer service, persistence pays off. They just don't have their act together when it comes to management. They need to hire a call service and email service because they're slow and incompetent in those fields. And they need to keep track of who does work on various parts so they can track down all the mistakes. It's acceptable to make mistakes, but unacceptable to allow them to continue. Learn from your mistakes, Z1, before your customer base diminishes entirely. (unfortunately, I think they have enough new customers come through to ignore the old ones) Why is it that hardly any small car business is run competently? I vote someone with business sense and car sense on twinturbo.net starts a shop. There's enough smart people here that someone has to be able of this. Heck, if I thought I could, I would. There's a lot of money in it.
