| I am looking to spend around $1000 or so on a digital video camera. I've been looking at Sony Handycam HDR-SR11 and HDR-SR12. Both look excellent and can be had at a resonable price on Ebay. The noticable difference is the storage space, the SR11 at 60gb and the SR12 at 120gb. I'm going to have to build a new desktop so I can do some editing to the videos produced... my laptop simply won't be sufficent. The purpose for the video camera will be to tape events with the Z (i'm also purchasing window/body mounts for this reason), vacations and just overall memories of my life. The only reason i'm considering the SR12 is its only $100 or so more on average than the SR11. Anyone have a digital hard drive video camera reccomendations?
