Message battery. I may have your car mistaken with one of the others I worked on, but I thought it did go off when I reconnected the battery after the clutch job.

I meant to include that, if possible, disconnect or remove the alarm module and see if your problems go away. It's suspicious that you have such a wide variety of problems but it's definitely possible that it could all be related to the alarm. Does/did the alarm ever control your windows (auto roll up when the alarm is set or something along those lines)?

As for your dome light staying on all the time - Cap't Obvious question: Did you try moving the switch lever to the center position?
