Tools needed: Hair dryer, Upholstery Brayer/Roller, and a small needle.
 1) Use hair dryer on hottest setting to heat bubbled area. You will notice the bubbles starting to expand as the the air heats up inside them. 2) Take a needle and push it into the bubble. The amazing thing here is that when you hit it with the dryer again, the pin hole heals so completely that it is impossible to find even under a magnifying glass. I'm guessing that the heat basically caused it to completely close up. 3) Now take the roller, while the vinyl is still hot, and roll it over the bubbles. It takes some working. Most of the air gets pushed out of the pin hole before it closes. As the remaining air cools, it contracts. Repeat the above steps until the bubbles are completely gone. You may need to repeat it on the same bubbles several times including pushing in new pin holes. The above examples used 3 holes in each bubble. The result is you can't tell and the pin holes completely closed up. Even more amazing is that I did this on larger bubbles that had pulled away from concaves. The hair dryer reactivated the adhesive and rebonded to the vinyl backing.
