1) -15inHg at idle is indeed low, but if you have a leak in the gauge that is likely the reason. 2) Remember that your aftermarket gauge is reading vacuum in inHg, but the stock gauge is reading in PSI. 1 PSI equals about 2 inHg. (Both gauges read boost pressure in PSI). 3) 10 PSI at full boost sounds about right with your mods.
