Message	The swooshing is a leak more than likely from not using the teflon tape. I didnt use it at first when i first installed that same exact gauge and had the same problem. As for the readings, my vacuum is usually around -20hg at idle so yours might be a little off im not exactly sure but it sounds about right to me. Boost is 9.5 stock with no jets so you getting 9.5-10 is perfect with you free exhaust and intake ect. You can always do a boost leak test for good measure
