Message	It'll likely just be out on the "lemon-lot" later this year, for sale, probably semi-parted out from when he tried to scrape by without selling it first. Obviously in worse condition than when he bought it. IMO it sounds like Richard needs to part it out a bit, and get the price down some, especially if a foolish 19 yr old willing to take out a 2nd mortgage to buy it is his best/only prospect.
