Subject	Getting gray strip off

Message	Do most people use a rolling wheel to get it off. The kind you put on a drill and it roles it off or is there another way? and also when sanding down to repaint do most people usually spray texture stuff along the bottom of the bumber and such to restore the look or does it not sand off that easy?
