Message	and I've used the MT-90 before. There is a mild difference is the ease of cold shifting, but I've never had any problems with grinding, so I can't tell you if it would help that issue. However, I've seen transmissions apart that used it, and every square inch of the inside was still heavily coated after draining the trans. Its the best stuff I've ever used. It is a seafoam greenish color.
