Message	in a recent conversation with Greg D, he said that the Redline MTL (not MT-90) is good if your tranny already has problems. It'll make worn synchros, grinds, etc better and buy some time before having to replace the tranny. Mine shifts nice and smooth, so I'm going with the MT-90. As for diff fluid, I use the Richmond Synthetic. (I have Leader Gears.)
