| Agree on the 'using profits to find alternatives' - absolutely. But the thing I can't understand is - How many barrels of oil come from 1 dinosaur? From one decomposed tree? We pump millions of barrels a day, from miles below the ground. There must have been a ga-gillion freaking things that have died in the past to make that much petroleum. Or, maybe it came from something else.... I'm not saying I fully believe this, but maybe the scientists who say it is produced as a by-product of something that happens in the middle of the earth have a point. And you know, that would be a secret that they would never let out.
