Message Actually if you talk to guys like Kuah, there is some concern with the polyurethane bushings causing some binding at some of the pivot points, whereas the rubber ones (nismo) won't.

But the other thing is while you are supposed to grease the ES bushings, there's no guarantee they won't squeak, or develop a squeak over time (which mine unfortunately did). Mine are horrible over low-speed parking lot speed bumps and driveway curbs, particularly in colder weather.

The actual job of taking the entire rear suspension apart right down to the bare knuckle/hubs along with the actual R&R of those bushings is such a major PITA it's hard to say it's worth it to do again just to re-apply more grease in *hopes* that the noise goes away.

My advice to you is to avoid the potential headache and do it right in the first place. Spend a little extra and get the Nismo higher durometer rubber bushings. You'll thank me!
