Message	I have USAA as well and I got in an accident in my Z when some moron decided to try and make a u turn in front of me. KBB valued it at $6k but the adjuster liked the Z so much that he valued it a $9-10k. The $6200 in repairs I needed would have definetely totaled it out. So like I said, it all depends on the adjuster and if he's willing to go the extra mile and take into account all of the variables to make a good estimate of value. Before After
