to paint the diff cover off the vehicle. Consider painting yours. You will discover 4:10 gears are really nice. I noticed city driving is a lot easier. I raced a buddies (very similar setups, I had JWT 530s, he has JWT500s same boost levels) Z before and after the gears. Before he would get a jump on me (4th gear pulls), It was almost dead even, I could gain up in the higher rpms a little but it took a while and i usually ran out of safe road to drive on. After the gears I can instantly get a jump on him and steadily gain a car length every 3-4 seconds. If I turn on the water injection and turn up the boost to around 20psi, game over :) On some of the tracks up here in Wisconsin & Illinois (road America & Blackhawk Raceway) the gears meshed pretty good with 45-50 mph corners. With the original gears it was difficult to choose 2nd or 3rd, 2nd was a little to high in the revs & 3rd would bog a little. I get to use 5th gear a lot more on the track. Road America is a scary fast track, you can hit 5th gear in 3 places all reaching 140+ speeds. I also noticed you will be gear limited to a speed of around 155-160 @ around 7K rpm, don't ask how I know ;)
