| I hydroplaned my Z in a sudden downpour. ugh. I choose to sacrifice the car instead of using the entire road. I didn't want anyone else involved. question. The car is totaled(rear frame) and the adjuster has yet to look at it. Will it matter if i clean up the car? I was told the cleaner the adjuster see's it, the better. The body shop thought otherwise. If i was the adjuster, I'd laugh based on the conditions described...wet out, the back glass blew out, wheels muddy, etc. I figured, leave it alone... it's better. It shows you are "honest" and not trying to hide anything. I do have a rip in the drivers seat, and dirty floor mats. I thought about swapping the seats and mats out. But in the end does it really matter? I can provide pictures of how it used to look. It's time to gather receipts. What should be future expectations? I know they don't "pay" for mods. I know they don't "pay" for labor.
