Message their experience with Z1, and the bandwagon chimes in, but when a
positive message is posted it's treated with sarcasm and negativity?

It's analagous to eating at a restaurant:
If you and your friends went to a restaurant and had a terrible meal, you'd
say that restaurant sucked, based on your experience.

But if other people went to the same restaurant and had a great meal, their
experience would be positive, and they might say that restaurant was
great.

Two completely different opinions, yet both of them would be right based
on each individual's experiences. Nobody has to be seen as right or
wrong, or have some ulterior motive for making their comment about their
experience if they felt it was particularly great, or poor.

The reality is, most times no one will comment on anything average or
even good. However if a service or product is really poor or really great
then the time will be taken to comment on it.

This basic tenet holds true on this forum as well.

We all know there are plenty of past negative comments regarding Z1, so
if someone has had a good experience with Z1, or any shop for that
matter, posting that message shouldn't have to come with all the extra
ulterior motive BS comments which add nothing to the information in the
post. It should just be seen as, "this was my experience with vendor X"
and can be added to the body of messages about that vendor that can be
found through Search, and leave it at that.

For the record, I am not affiliated with Z1 nor in fact have I ever purchased
anything from Z1, so am not a "bandwagon" supporter. Most of my parts
have come from Specialty Z, Coz, Bernie, and local dealers with whom
I've been happy with so have had no need to look elsewhere.

Okay "fairness" rant over. :-) Have a nice day.
