I've been working on my plenum for a good 7 hours strait, and so far with handy dandy 60 grit sandpaper and about 4 layers of skin, I have removed the 11 bolts holes and raised parts on it I no longer need, and have smoothed down 3 runners, both of the throttle body areas and one side of the plenum. Man this crap is hard haha. Everything seems pretty strait forward though, but how in the world do I get to the tight areas like were the balance tube bolts bolts to it? Anyways, time for me to get back outside and get back to work with it. :/ One question I have is, when I go to powder coat it, do I really have to have it polished for that for it to turn out smooth after powdercoating? I know PCing is faily thick, so I figure it doesn't need to e polished before like a chrome finish does...atleast I hope not haha. Oh, and for those wondering...the color is flat black with wrinkle red valve covers. Should look cool.
