Message	and by the looks of it (cars parked facing different ways on both streets) it seems like a 4 way intersection. I'm just saying "by the looks of it on the picture" I'm not an accident scene expert my self, all I was saying is that "my understanding is that when two vehicle come to an intersection the vehicle on the right has the right of way". I'm not reading this from a DOT laws book, I'm talking from personal experience, that's how I won a case. But my accident was a bit different, both cars were hit on the front, my left side and the other car's right side. The other driver's INS. Co tried to blame it on me since I was an inexperience drive (in MA anyone under 25 yrs. old) and 1 point against me from a previous accident, the other driver was 50 with a clean record.
