Message	I guess (as Atl300zxTT said) for a "remote start" application? Mine was bypassed when I bought it. The wires were tapped and extended under my seat where they were tied together. I'm thinking that someone once had a toggle switch under the seat to serve as an anti-theft device. Otherwise, it could be dangerous since the car could be started while in gear. GPA
