Message	But I did have a choice...I didn't specify rates to GC, I just told them how I drive the car and what I use it for (DD/spirited driving and future occasional tracking). The springs are their standard linear rate race springs and you can specify length and rate (I had to get longer springs in the rear so I didn't rub). The koni's are single adjustable, the fronts are externally adjustable and the rears are internally adjustable unfortunately. So far, I am very pleased with them...except that the rears have to be taken off for adjustments. More Pics
