We own sports cars, "want" rather than "need" is the issue isn't it? I hate seeing you guys post that coilovers are *only* for track use, and its not just because I sell coilovers. I had a set of Tein Type-RAs on my Z long before I went to my first track day, and I didn't regret that one bit, it got me into suspension tuning in the first place. A set of semi-street coilovers such as the SPL coilovers, Tein Flex, Zeal Xs, etc. is IMHO the *proper* way to lower a street car. All the lowering springs available simply do not have the spring rate appropriate to control the reduced suspension travel, and you completely screw up the shock stroke. IMHO too many guys are running around with too much $$$ spent on power and too little development on their suspension, even the guys here who track their Zs regularly.
