...you didn't properly engineer and test the product before you started selling it. Your customers were beta testers, and most ditched it. Some came to you, some just outright threw it away, and some of the fans just failed. This is what happens when you don't do your research before you start marketing a product. You found what you thought was a good solution, used it on a couple cars, sold the product and now you've spent the last year trying to find band-aid fixes to keep your temps down. Double-pass radiator, new fan-shrouds now with high-speed flaps!, different fans, auxiliary fan running 100% of the time, the list goes on because you sold an untested, unproven product to customers who took your word that it would work. "What else can I do for you?" Engineer > Test > Sell. Not the other way around.
