Message	I paid $11K for my 1990 TT 2 years ago and have it insured for $14.5K right now. It was easy to get them to insure for that price after they saw the photos. If your car is prestine, just get a few appraisals of comparable cars. Should be able to get $9K if you try. All others reading this thread; go immediately to your agent and change the policy to "agreed value" from an "appraised value" policy!!!!!! It took me 15 minutes to cut my rate from $600 to $250 a year and from $6K to $14.5K.
