Not as long as this rear mounted turbo. Besides the stock tt has 2 intake tracks between the turbos and TBs making it easier to inhale than one extremely long skinny intake. Also the stock recirc valves also allow for a shortcut when not under pressure. Annnnnnnnnd, of course there is a MAF. How else would it run? Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not there. Probably in the stock location, except now it occasionally sees pressurized air going by. BTW, the air going from left side to right side on a tt happens in the lower plenum, JUST LIKE THE NA's DOES.
