Message	i did e-mail for his address like before I sent him the cores and he replied. he even said that he only need the outer housing because everything else hes gonna scrap anyway. you can only file a claim with paypal if it's within 45 day of payment. it's been alot longer than that. plus they only accept claims if the item isn't received. I know because I tried.
