Message	I bought a pair of turbos off him. they are working great but he has not refund my core charge. I sent him the turbos over a month ago and I've called him countless times but no one ever picks up. I've left him a message on his answering machine. sent him few e-mails. and sent a paypal money request but still no reply. lol am I screwed?? his website now is [ http://andresturbos.com/ ]
