Message	whenever the bid is for "restricted for pre-approved buyers" it is 99% a scam. to be on the "approved" list, they ask for you name and email. then they email you with the price details with often are to be made outside ebay (scam) and with a wire transfer (scam). plus like Ballistic said, the seller does not have any feedback. i know this b/c there was a ttz a while back that was too good to be true. i emailed the seller and he emails me saying that ill be under ebays buyers protections as long as i "wire" him money. and when i check the item page, it says that the buyer ended the bid early. long story short, if in order to bid you need to be on a pre-approved list and this is not a dealership, than its a scam.
