Used turbos that need a rebuild are usually bought for cores(so people aren't willing to pay much), most people buy all new lines when replacing turbos(used lines are going to be hard to sell), turbo inlet elbows aren't expensive items , and the oil pan might be worth something to a motivated buyer(someone with a dented one that doesn't have the money for the SZ one).
