and he was telling me about these piston's they made for his car. His stock pistons have a dome shape to them, and these new forged ones get rid of the dome and instead have a dish that lowers the compression from 8.1-1 or w/e his is stock to 7.7-1. I know that the compression lower isn't necessarly a good thing but he also told me that they were designed so that if the timing belt ever snapped/skipped a tooth, the valves would not come in contact with the pistons, basically saving his motor. Just curious as too why I have never heard anything like this for the z? I don't get how his neon is out for 2 years and they already have these products out for it.
