Message	turbos yet, but I'd say the 600's. Like Yosha said, they are ball bearing which is better than the journal bearings in stock turbos. From what I've been told/read, ball bearings stay spooled longer between shifts causing less lag and more response. Just do a little searching for either of those turbos and you should find a bunch of information. Good luck
