Message but I was actually desperate enough to try that once.

I can confirm with 100% confidence that in Canada, they KEEP your extra $10, they DON'T refund you with a check and the demerit points are accounted for on your record. On top of that, I'm sure some government secretary laughs her ass off every time she sees this.
