the only thing you can do to reduce the cost is cancel some of the jobs, like the exhaust and clutch replacement. Also, the BMC is rebuildable, why would you pay almost $300 to replace it when you can change the seals for $30 or so? Finally, you mention a 60k "tune up", where's the timing belt, water pump and cam seals replacement on that quote?
