Message	fabricate a larger internal wastegate for them - those intake valves are apparently working rather well as wastegates too..... all without pulling the engine. Had the driver's turbo out in 45 minutes, fixed the leak, reinstalled the turbo and was back on the road within 3 hours. I'll have to keep an eye on the passenger turbo to see if it happens there, but we now know the symptom, test procedure and teh fix.
