I recieved the part today, had to do a tiny bit modifying just to get it to work correctly though, no biggy. I appologize for being a tiny bit too early with a complaint, however, I had not recieved an e-mail from you. I still don't see why it took over a week to take a part off a car that takes literally 2 minutes to remove. I had asked you to e-mail me when you mailed it out, you didn't.
What I do not take back is your attitude. It was pretty rude from the start of the e-mails, especially when you got the wrong part and I corrected you. I don't see why you refused to send me a picture of the part, I just wanted to verify that you had the right part, since you got it wrong once. My ad in the classifieds was specific.
E-mails do not take long to write. Plus the item was sent UPS with a tracking number. You could have saved the trouble of this post by just sending me the tracking number. Is that really too hard?
You complained that I didn't contact you, but I did. If I hadn't attempted to contact you, I honestly wouldn't have brought this up.
