Message	I say , the seller should not tell him the parts are shipped if they have not been shipped .When you sell something keep the buyer informed , because there is always some anxiaty on the buyers part until he recieves what he paid for. Sure $15.00 this time but how would he feel if it was $1500.00 and the seller didn't communicate.
