Message	get NGK Copper Plugs. They have a really short lifespan (only a few months), but are only about $3 per plug and will likely die before destroying your engine (after doing research, I decided that, when I dyno and intend to push my engine further than usual, I always use copper plugs as an extra precaution). I believe the part is NGK ZFR7F-11 Putting eBay "performance" parts on your Nissan 300ZX is like putting Pep Boys wheels on your Cadillac Escalade... even people on welfare know better.
