Your reasoning, at first, sounds like a good idea. Compare the good with the bad or the signal to noise ratio, right? Z1 does a lot of business, maybe more than most vendors, so more mistakes are to be expected, right? This would all be true if another company by the name of Stillen hadn't already broke the mold with repeated bad customer service. We learned a long time ago, and over the course of many years, that it didn't matter how many good transactions a company had when the amount of bad ones exceeded a certain point. How can that be possible you ask? It's simple: When you have repeated, monthly complaints it doesn't matter what the *percentage* is when other people sell the same parts, at similar prices with nearly perfect track records. Why risk it? I know this might be more thinking than people want to do on a simple car forum so I'll pose two easier questions: -Can you find even five negative posts about our top two or three vendors in the archives? -Have any of our other top vendors ever come on the forum to chastize a customer, call him names or flat out call him a liar? Short of murdering a customer, I don't think any amount of proof is enough to deter some of the sack riders. My hope, at least, is that people with half a brain will spend their money smarter.
