Message	Your post hit home with me because I just ordered a Fidanza flywheel from Z1. After some worry about a back order and a game of e-mail tag, I was surprised with the customer service which drastically changed in the last couple of days. My guess is that it's due in large part to your malfortune. Hope it all works out.
