| Did you at least give this DTM place the benefit of the doubt and call to confirm? Mistaken identity happens all the time, maybe there's someone there that looks like him. You should have at least attempted to verify your info before slamming another company. Also, directing others to avoid a company is different than recommending others avoid a company. DTM would have every right to sue you for lost business. Look into it, there's a precident for this. It involves a fish store and an unhappy customer who posted on the internet that people shouldn't shop there. Fish store sued and won. In short, your post is both irresponsible and unprofessional.
