Message	than 5 over anywhere. I usually cruise at 8-10 over, but even that will get you pulled over here. I usually just undo my sealbelt and they will let you off with a $10 no point sealbelt ticket instead of the speeding ticket. 13 over would get you pulled over everywhere I know of around here unless it was just raining like crazy and the trooper did not want to get wet. 18 over here is a mandatory court appearence. You guys must have it made!
