| I know that there were a few of you that had an interest in the differential install that I have been working on. Well, I now have it all installed and functioning perfectly. There was a challenge in the install with regards to the inlet bung on the differential itself. Here you can see the inlet mounted on top of the diff. All well and good for the European Z's, since the fuel tank is further back in the car...however this inlet had to be substituted due to the location of the gas tank on a 2 seater. There is only about 24mm of room between the diff and the tank. So I had to find an alternative.
Other than that, everything else went quite well. Just needed alot of imagination and good fab whoring skills. Here is a shot of the diff temp gauge and the switch (just to the right of it) to turn to pump on and off. I didn't see any reason to have the pump working all the time...so this seemed like the most logical way to take full advantage of the new parts.

Here is the rest of the cooler assy, pump, and lines.

I should have time to get the axles back in and the one piece DS bolted up this weekend (my next day off) and finally be back on the road again. Man I can't wait to feel the difference this new diff will make. Good thing too....She is due to ship off back to the states in a couple weeks. Moving to TN in March. Looking forward to it!!!!!!
