Message	surprise that it would happen in that area. Do you think these clowns prowl the destitute areas looking for good cars to carjack? It would make sense that they would venture to an area that people would be unsuspecting so they can try to catch people off-guard, and have a better selection of cars. If one speeds off, they hit the next one they come upon a few minutes later.
