Message Drivers Education events. Instructors are usually available to the newbie groups to help people learn how to drive their car on a high speed road racing course.

Competitive driving is typically frowned upon, since the vast majority of the people there bring their street driven cars, and nobody wants to bend sheet metal (or worse yet, bones).

These events have "Safety" as Rule #1, with "Having Fun" and "Learning" being a close tie for 2nd.
