Message	so everyone in the area will receive a warning yes but more from reflection than diffusion, and yes the receive is direction specific, whichever way the gun is facing naturally, however the basic unreflected beam is by nature of radar, a wide angle, since it will diffuse to some extent. But the stereo shop guy didnt lie to him, he's just a pessimist.
