Message	It seems that 400 rwhp is milestone that people seem to want to hit on stock turbos, but the turbos are not efficient at that point and you're risking hurting your engine. No use beating the shit out of your engine to extract that last 30 hp. Get bigger turbos and the engine will produce that power easily.
