Message	Garrett T-28 BB turbos. No oil restrictors when installed 6k miles ago, hence bad seals on these ball bearing turbos. Engine rebuild is under way at Operation Z and Specialty Z. These turbos are perfectly rebuildable and ready to be shipped. $1,050 for the pair plus shipping.
