i have 2 sets of heads: both came out of motors with around 100 psi compression in each cylinder (the reason for pulling the motors apart). the cams do not have any gouges in them, no headgasket failure, i would use them as cores or use them to build up.

i have 2 sets of turbos/manifolds: came off the same motors. one set is pretty much siezed and would need rebuilt (good cores). the other set spins freely and i believe are good turbos, but i would probably use them as cores also to be on the safe side.
