I will explain. There are some issues with the front suspension that I thought I could resolve prior to anyone coming to see the car. Back in November shortly after the car was repaired from the accident involving the deer (see my posts in the general forum from back in August), I went into a corner too fast and lost control. The car went into a shallow grassy ditch and slid sideways. The result was the right side front camber went to +1° and the left side was -2°. Also the right front sits approximately 1/2” lower than the left. (These issues caused the car to pull to the right) The fresh paint from the recent repair chipped on the fascia and hood as the car went thru tall horse weeds. I took the car to a frame shop and although he did make some minor adjustments he said “it wasn’t that far out of spec” and that I probably had some bent components (I was hoping that it was the upper A-arms). Since the paint was damaged I took the car to a local community college body shop and had it painted (fascia, hood, and fenders for a good color match). It took some time to get it in their shop and also some time to get it back. In fact, I just picked up the car last Wednesday. I had planned on getting some adjustable A-Arms and resolving the camber issue but ran out of time. Since the car is lowered and I’m using the 300 Degree camber correction kit, I removed the right side spacers and then further shimmed the left side. This resulted in the car running down the road straight but did not correct the ½” height difference. In answer to your other questions from the other day, I never had the car boosting to 14psi, at best it would peak at 13 and then settle to 12. Currently it hits about 11 or 12. The noise in second gear is more of a whine than grind and it did quiet down with a fluid change (it’s not loud but noticeable). I do not have service records as most of the service was done by myself or with the help of several mechanic friends. The smoke is blue and is at start up only and only when it’s cold. It did not smoke at all yesterday afternoon when I started it. When I replaced the EFI harness due to corrosion on the connections my friend did a leak down test on several cylinders as he was diagnosing the problem. I apologize if I wasted your time but I truly felt that I could get these issues resolved in short order. If you are still interested, I will take the pictures you requested. I am now asking $8,000 for the car “as is”. Gerry
